Hello! I'm looking for people around the RI/MASS area to connect with and learn from. I want to open up my first short term rental this year and purchase my first home using my VA loan. Also, I am one of Chris Choi's mentees and I am very familiar with STR's but I am always looking to learn more. Thanks!
