Where are you looking to buy the land? I recently acquired raw land just a couple of miles outside of San Diego County and dealt with another county it was a straightforward sale and learn a lot about permits and codes in that area.

I think that it all depends on what use do you plan to do with the land and also the taxes and permits involved with it. If you need some more info let me know.

Cheers,

Claudio

Thanks for your reply! The end game for me is to resell the land. Being brand new to it however, there is a lot to learn.

I am new to investing in raw land and it seems there is no shortage of online resources and educational programs in which to enroll. Ideally, I would love to find a mentor who can help me navigate the newbie obstacles and booby traps. Any suggestions?

I am new to real estate investing and need to find an investor friendly closing attorney in my area. I live in Western Massachusetts. Ideally an attorney familiar with creative financing and able to close subject to purchases. I have posted my request in my local REI Meetup group but nothing yet. Any suggestions on where to go next?

@Dan Wentworth thanks so much for your review. It is the most honest and transparent review I have yet to see here on Peter Harris. I think I will continue to soak up his free info on YouTube then go from there.

I am new to BP and this is my first post. I recently saw a Dustin Hahn ad for his Next Level real estate investing course and am wondering if anyone has any experience with Dustin Hahn. Being new to real estate investing I would greatly appreciate any input as to where and how to get started. I am generally turned off by real estate gurus who peddle pricey courses so I'm super grateful to have found this site.
