Do any rei in the @Columbia, SC area have a recommendation for a tree service. I have a unit with two hack berry trees growing too close to the house that need to go. One is impacting drain lines and foundation. Got a quote via property manager but not great.

@Danielle McClelland I turned 38 on Friday and closed on my first deal Monday. A package of 4 SFHs. LIke a lot of thIngs I feel lIke the fIrst Is the hardest because of the learnIng curve and gettIng systems In place. Excited to see how it goes over the next few months but plan to look for the next deal by the Spring. Best of luck

Welcome Robert.  I’m still pretty new myself but have met some great folks through BP.  There’s a meet up usually monthly for folks of all experience.  Look for @Andrew R. Lucas to post about the next one.
