Thanks for the great info. I imagine that a combination of both would be used to write/review a contract for partnering on a property?

Hi BP,

I'm working on my first deal and have not yet reached out to a real estate attorney or title company. I'm curious to know what is more common in NJ. I'm looking for leases and making sure the deals are legally structured and anything else I may have missed.
