@Justin Knighten

I’ve had some luck with fox urine. Yes they actually sell it. There’s also poison that they eat and it dries the carcass out so less smell. Try local feed and seed store.

Dustin,

Sounds good.  Do you get down here often?  If not what’s the best way to get started?

Thanks

@Mason Mccullough.  I live in Foley, AL.  Of course things are spreading North and East.  With the expressway from beach to I-10.  Foley is growing with additional restaurants/ hotels and entertainment being added quickly (Buffalo Wild Wings Just opened... This month).  Industrial is growing in and around Loxley, AL. with warehouses since its near the intersate.

I have one rental now (Foley).  I am looking to meet team members that we can work together to create portfolios.  Is there a way I might serve you?

@Jeremy VanDelinder

Thanks Jeremy. I have a friend that does clean up/ restoration and a GC he typically uses. I may still ask your opinion if that’s ok.

Thanks for sharing

I looking to possibly buy fire damaged home. They are asking $85K. ARV is $160,000. Where do I start to get inspections? Has anyone bought fire damaged homes before? Good deal or stay away?
