Does anyone have an ADU addendum they are willing to share for both the main home and the ADU leases? Looking for something addressing shared parking, access, use, pets, noise, limitations, privacy, etc…. between both tenants of the main home and the ADU unit. Thanks

I used Cozy.co for the first time and tried getting an online application before having the applicants spend the money for a background check. Wouldn’t work, call Support, they blamed it on the screening provider Which didn’t make sense. Anyone else able to pull an application out of the system first?

Looking to see what others have been charging for pet rent and pet deposit (each)? Small dog in house? Large dog outside only?
