I am looking to invest in education but can't seem to find much information on good, worthwhile masterminds. I'm willing to travel and just looking to meet with like minded people and have some ongoing advice and accountability. Does anyone have any recommendations? TIA

Purchase price: $75,000
Cash invested: $75,000

This will be a great rental for us where we rent by the room to maximize our cash flow. We are doing an heavy renovation on just a 1600 sq ft semi detached brick building to generate as much rent as possible. We are hoping to have this one online and ready to rent by mid March.

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $91,000
Cash invested: $45,000

This property was my first ever investment before the BRRRR strategy was so widely known. I say that because I could have taken my money back out and repeated at a much faster pace. Also, all of the renovation funds were my cash. I was unaware of hard money lenders at the time.

Cash invested: $6,500

This property was also purchased as a fix and flip but with just minor work needed to sell. The market dictated a lower price than even the appraisal afforded therefore we decided to hold and rent. Great cash flowing property and excellent BRRRR.

This property was purchased originally as a flip. As it began going over budget in areas I was able to quickly pivot into a buy and hold strategy. Upon completion I will be able to cash out refi the property, rent and repeat!

My business partner and I will be there for our first meet up. In the meantime, can we use this forum to share information, deals etc? We are looking for either buy and hold opportunities or flips if the rental fallback does not make as much sense.
