Hello everyone, I have a question in regards to the rental property calculator. I'm aware of various rules of thumb about what ROI you should aim for, but as far as what the ROI would be in 5-10 years etc, would that be a number to consider? For instance the report says 8% cash on cash ROI, but in the chart below it eventually grows to 10. Thanks in advance

Hello everyone, newbie here! I had a question in regards to the rental property calculator. I'm aware of various rules of thumb about what ROI you should aim for, but as far as what "future ROI" would be, is that something to consider as well? Example could be the first year an 8% ROI, but in 10 years it's increased to 10-12%. Just curious, thanks in advance!
