Thanks Jillian.  I don't have any legal entities setup yet so this would be starting from scratch.  Please share any contacts you may have in San Diego and I'm also open to Temecula if they are really good.  I'm really looking for someone that has a solid book of business advising clients on similar matters.

I am looking to purchase my first investment property out of state in Ohio and plan to purchase 1-4 properties/year going-forward.  Anyone know any good CPA's and/or lawyers in SAN DIEGO to help evaluate the best legal entity formation for these purchases?
