Just curious what do you do to go about analyzing deals? Obviously you have a criteria but do you just browse and MLS and if you find something that looks tempting do you call the person who's number is attached and go from there? I know it may sound like a silly question but gotta start somewhere!

Hello, I'm Brian. I'm new to this whole game of real estate investing and looking forward to diving in. Right now I am a head cashier at the local Home Depot store and am planning on applying to law school next fall.
