@Tim Zimmerman Tim thank you for your kindness and consideration. I will definitely be in contact once I get the business up and running. I've been trying to dedicate most of my down time in the evening to drafting the purchase & sale agreement and assignment contract so that I can start marketing and get some deals out there. 

@Uton Williams not saying it's going to be easy but I see that Hollywood is close to Miami. Miami is a huge market so good luck on your quest my friend.
