Hello BP. I just have a quick question for you guys. In the state of Pennsylvania, a landlord is required to have a tenant's security deposit placed in an escrow account. My question is, does anyone know any escrow companies in Pennsylvania that do this? Thank you guys.

Thank you guys for such a warm welcome to BP. For Sam, I want to know what difficulties specifically have you experienced with student housing that has deterred you from further investing in them? For Mark G., my plan is to invest in real estate to supplement my income. I would like to know how in demand are rentals in the ABE area? And also what type of rentals are more in demand, low-income housing, moderate-income or high end real estate? Love to see what you guys response will be.

Hello BP Family

My name is Brian. I live in Allentown, Pa but work in New York City. I am interested in investinting in rental properties in the Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton area. On the fence about which type of property to invest in: Single family, Multifamily or Student rentals. That is why I am here on BP to gain insight on what to do. I really feel the ABE area has a lot of potential for growth and I want be @ the forefront before major investors corner the market.
