@Ned Carey, not a bad idea!  I'll keep that in mind when structuring deals with investors.  Thanks!

Thanks all, @MatthewDennehy I sent a connection request.  @Erica Larence I may have to give you  call when we finally get things moving here in NH on the next deal.

Hello Everyone,

I'm a newly licensed agent in NH and new to BP.  I've been investing (on purpose) in SF rentals since 2007 and have bought off market, on market,  short sale and foreclosures.  We currently have 3 rental properties: 2 SF long term rentals in Denver Metro and a Superhost Airbnb property in Lincoln NH at Loon Mountain.

I'm an agent at New Star Properties where we manage large multifamily portfolios.  My focus is on helping our investor owners find and close deals as well as sell properties they are ready to transition out of.

In my personal portfolio, I'm looking for good cash flow in 1-4 unit homes locally with a long term hold position.  This has served my family well over the past decade plus and is the area I know the most about.  I got licensed partly for the education but also to be able to write the contracts and sell my own properties as they come and go.

By day, I'm an airline pilot and on my 'weekends' I'm an investor. After separating from the US Navy to pursue my flying career, we became accidental landlords.  Some mistakes were made along the way but we learned a TON and I would totally do it all over again.  Each new RE deal brings new lessons and this is a business that keeps you learning, like it or not.  One of the great parts is the challenge this business brings.

All the Best,

Brian
