I received my training through Rockwell and highly recommend them. I passed the exam with flying colors and believe that the training I received and the practice exams were a big factor in my passing the exams. In fact I am using them again for my 90 credit hour license renewal. BTW all the classes I took were online.

Ivan Roberts Can you enlighten us with a little more detail? Whether or not you hire a property management company would depend on if you have enough monthly profit to pay the management company and still have some money left for repairs, maintenance, etc. This would be a difficult question to answer without more details.
