Just to answer the original question, I set up an LLC on Rocket Lawyer and it was FREE. They had some type of offer where you get 30 days free of a certain service, which allowed me to create an LLC for free. I simply cancelled before the 30 days were up and kept my LLC, of course.

I think the services (this was like 8 months ago) were mainly for having access to their "online lawyers" at all times. Didn't seem worth it to me, but they do have a unique service.
