Good Day,

my name is Brett wells and I would love the opportunity to be in a career that were I can learn and gain knowledge of REI and add a value for my future and the future of a company. My past 10 years I was given the opportunity to start a yard waste recycling business from the ground up I took that business in making a 50-60% growth every year doing whatever it took to get the job done. Hands on getting dirty running loaders, tractors, public relations, seminars. I look forward to a great journey and to add value.

my name is Brett I am still new but have a great mentor to follow.  He owns a demolition company and had this deal come to him that needed to be demolished.  Location is in Boise,id 950sqft 2bed 1 bath home with a half acre lot valued at $150,000 it is being purchased for $120,000.  I offered 100,000 which includes my $20,000 budget to fix and rent it.  The demo man is lending me the 100,000 at 5% with a 5 year payoff.  KICKER there is a mother in laws house behind the main house that can be turned into a rental as well has electricity, needs plumbing potential 1 bed 1 bath.  As well lot has room to add a future smaller home.  I think I am going to do the deal, need a 2nd opinion I did the calculator but not sure if i calculated it right with having a 20,000 budget.

I am new and looking to get started in my real estate investments. I have family that has alot of rental investments as well as family Realtors that I can go to for free info. I am curious what are my options and benefits to get started and is this the only option I have using a HELOC? I built my home back in 2008 have 100,000 in equity as of 2017 and I am looking to see what are my options.

Sounds like a very well put together company in business for 30+years.
