Post: Fix and Flip or Buy and Hold in todays market

I am curious if more of you are fixing and flipping in todays market or buying and holding?  On the surface it seems with low inventory and higher costs even for depressed properties it is better to fix and flip until the market adjusts a little bit.

Depends on how fast you can get a contractor to finish up I would say.  I'm curious...have you offended the inspector and not know it or just got on his radar early so he now scrutinizing your improvements or is it just your contractor was not doing all that he was supposed to be doing?
