I'd say I'm an investor friendly realtor.

Here's what I do personally.

Find homes, visit them to get a ball park repair cost. I then send an email to the investor with the listing, comps and targeted arv.  If asked, I'll share my ballpark repair cost and recommendation for repairs but most experienced investors don't need repair info from me.  Then I list it and sell it.

BTW, It helps your agent a great deal to know how much spread you need to consider a home a worthy investment. A % of arv is enough for me.  I don't want to waste my time sending you a home you won't or can't buy.

I've lurked around Bigger Pockets and watched their youtube podcasts for quite a while now.  I've learned new things from it and enjoy hearing other people's reports of successes and failures in real estate investing.

I'm a long time real estate broker and have worked with some very good and some not so good investors in my career so far.  I'm hoping to absorb as much info as I can here, meet local people interested in investing and ultimately help a bunch of people make a bunch of money along the way.

My investment goal is to acquire enough positive cash flow rental real estate that I can retire.

Do we have anyone from the greater Tri Cities area of Washington on here?
