I am starting a new endeavor in my life with building and flipping new construction SFH. I have built and sold 3 homes to date all of which were complete custom spec.

Austin, glad to connect with you. New construction is what I excel in, I have 3 new builds under my belt as well as 3 complete remodels. Refurbish and flip is more of a head ache to me. Unforeseen issues always happen when opening up an older home. I have 12+ years in construction and management which makes building new homes much easier for me, as I can plan everything prior to construction and work out any major issues before construction begins. The hardest part that I'm facing is getting into the market in Lubbock as most developments have selected builders and most lots have been acquired by other builders.
