Quote from @Eliott Elias:
In this market I would buy & hold/wholesale
How do you decide between the two based on your goals. Do you have a tool that helps you track your macro goals so you know which actions to take? Or, more of just a sense you get from each deal?

Hi All!
Looking for some feedback. Anyone here have trouble with picking an exit strategy to target to maximize profits based on their personal / company goals?
How do you pick between wholesaling, flipping and buy & hold?

Hello, any feedback would be appreciated.
First BP was a god send when I got started in real estate investing. It was like drinking from a fire hose when starting out, there was so much information and so many different strategies. It was hard to know where to get started... Glad I stuck with it 5 years later I'm in a whole different place in life. Thank you Bigger Pockets.
For me, my biggest hurdle was analyzes paralysis, knowing what my exit strategy was going to be, based on my specific goals... Wholesale, Flip, Buy & Hold... Short Term / Long Term rentals, house hacking, etc.
Curious what others in the community struggled with / currently struggle with in pursuit of their financial freedom?
Thanks!

I’m also interested in this. I just purchased a property. The tenant had not paid the previous owner over a year, there was no lease in place with the previous owner, the property is in shambles, garbage everywhere... not livable.
The utility company has shut the power off, for how long I do not know... I plan on calling tmrw to find out.
This person living there had spliced jumper cables into the panel and was clearly climbing the side of house to connect to the power lines!!!
All the neighbors I spoken too said they haven’t seen anyone living there in over a month. Except for some of the kids that ride bikes there to party at night and are able to climb in through an unsecured window...
Theres a bunch of personal property left, even a boat... I had my attorney serve a notice to vacate. But what do I do ? Not only I’m a scared they will destroy the property further... but I’m terrified someone will burn the house down and get hurt!?

Deal or no deal? I have a someone looking to sell a manufactured home they own free and clear. They are looking to sell for $30,000, the house is full updated and needs maybe $1000 in cosmetic repairs. Its hard to nail down a Fair Market Value but from what I can see similar manufactured homes are going for between 45,000 - 70,000. I think with the updates to this one should sell for $55,000. They do not own the land and lot fees of $360 per month cover property tax, sewer, and garbage. The property is currently rented for $850 per month tenants pay the rest of the utilities minus lot fee's. Anyone have any experience wholesaling or wholetailing manufactured homes? Thanks!!!
