Recommendation too is to put the vent fan on a timer so it actually goes on when the shower/Bathroom is being used. I spent all this time installing these and the one tenant still complained about moisture...Turns out they were not turning the fan on at all after I installed them

I was dealing with a similar issue at my 4 Unit! Very small bathroom that had no vent and no window in the bathroom. I installed a ventilation fan and it helped drastically. Get a good one and have it vented out of the attic properly. Hope this helps!
