Post: Anyone closed on a property in the last 1-2 weeks?

Closing on my first duplex in Minneapolis in 2 weeks. As of now all inspectors/appraisers are still in operation and closings are happening either remotely or in 2 separate rooms be with paperwork being shuttled.
