Has anyone opened a home equity credit line through better mortgage? If so curious as to your experience. They did a virtual appraisal on my property, appraising it 110k over its value and allowing me a 100k credit line. Anyone have similar experience?

In search of creative financing for a small commercial unit. Just want to throw my scenario out there and see if anyone has any direction or info at all to help us get this to the finish line. Ideally, this is a currently medial office unit that we are looking to rehab and place an assisted /accessible living business as our tenant. The loan and details are as followed

Commercial condo

located in bridgeport CT

3,481 square feet2

45k purchase price

5,000-6,000 rent with a 7-10 year lease in place upon closing
20% down payment

Needs 80k of upgrades so any construction or combination loan options are ideal.

Is this property, AS IS, considered an office unit or a condo?

What is the ARV?

this property will not be an as-is sale. This is a full commercial building, with small commercial condos making up the entire building. This unit is 3400 square foot, and currently a medical office building, which more or less will remain the same function once upgraded

my apologies. Asking price is 245k ARV is roughly 310-320k

Hello BP community. I am about tapped out with conventional loans as I have 3 properties worth over one million total currently mortgaged against my name. I was Wondering what other finance options are out there that will be an option as i look to at least double my portfolio in the coming years. Anyone specific you would recommend. I am located and purchasing in the northeast. Appreciate your input

Hello long time bigger pockets fan; first time post. Hoping some of y’all. Have some valuable info for me. I am inquiring about a primary residence property in Newark, New Jersey. I am looking for some rough numbers of what I could potentially qualify for in terms of a duplex that is also my primary residence. I live In Manhattan, I am 29 years old, I make 72k a year, as well has have one rental property in Woodbridge Virginia, that cash flows $520 per month, and have a 780+ credit score. Again just looking for some insight on what you think the upper limit would be of what I can qualify for a primary residence duplex. Thanks so much!
