Beautiful estate-like property in the Redwood forest above Santa Cruz CA. This is a long term development opportunity. Multiple outbuildings and cottages spread out among the property. For now all 4 units are rented for a total of 12k/month.

Medical Mile BRRRR. A beautiful old home that was serious foundational issues...

Cost us around 20k to jack up the foundation and raise the corner of the home 6 INCHES! IT WAS CRAZY.

after the foundation was secured, we did a full rehab in there. added a second full BA downstairs. Bought it for 130k, it appraised for 330k 5 months later!! pulled all of our money out!

No one wanted it because they were unclear if the foundational was fixable. We knew the home was worth over 300k but needed to understand how much the foundation would cost to fix (everything really does have a number...)

BRRRR. Bought a rundown single family home is a prime downtown GR location across the street from the Fulton st. Farmers market. Bought it for 130k. put in 50. refinanced out after it Appraised for 250 4 months later. Pulled all of our money out.. Turning it into a Airbnb soon!

First time doing extensive landscaping in the yard as well. Full stone patio and new deck!

Bought this home as a 3br 1ba for 160k. Turned it into a fully rehabbed 4br 2ba. Appraised for 240k two months later. Pulled all of our cash out on this one. Super fun deal.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Ability to pulled out all of our money at the end and still make 1k/mo cashflow.
