I am currently working on the 75 hour course to get my agent license in New York. Currently I am shopping for a broker to hang my license with and was hoping for any advice that current RE Agents could give that would help me pick the best broker for my needs. I don’t have any preference between a boutique broker or a national brokerage, but would very much prefer one that has a good education program for new agents. Thanks for the advice!

Hello, I am new to real estate investing and looking into multi family properties in the Buffalo, NY area. Recently I have started learning a bit about real estate mainly from this website and reading books (mainly BP and Rich Dad). I would appreciate any insight about the VA loan and the Buffalo market.
