I am currently in the process of finishing the rehab of my first investment property in Fort Lauderdale, which I will then be putting on the airbnb platform. My partner and I specialize in short-term rentals with experience in the hospitality management industry, and technology systems. Would love to hear more about your story if you are still in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Have you looked at doing a cash flow/DSCR loan? I am self-employed as well and just used one of these loans to purchase a rental. They generally require good credit and 20% down but do NOT require a w-2.
