Looking to interact with other investors -- new or experienced -- in the Palm Harbor area. I myself have studied REI for a couple years and I'm at the point where I feel as if the way for me to learn more is by actually investing. I'd like to talk about real estate in general, maybe even partnering. Thanks.

Post: Meeting agent today for potential triplex, what questions to ask?

Today I am meeting with my agent for my first potential triplex purchase and would like some advice on what specifically I should ask the agent.

The triplex is currently vacant with notes on all three doors stating "the plumbing has been winterized as of 1-19-2017."

All advice is appreciated, as this will be my first purchase. If anyone needs more information about the property for a question I should bring up to the agent, please let me know.

Thank you.

@Christopher Rutherford I found multiple websites, I want to make sure I am at the right one and contact the right guy. Can you give me the website and the name of the person who helped you? Thank you.

He said abandoned properties, so you can't necessarily knock on the doors, because it is abandoned. Why shouldn't he send out postcards/mailers to the owners of these properties? I am asking because I literally did the same exact thing and just sent out postcards 3 days ago. Is there another, better way to go about this and get in contact with the owner? I also try to find phone numbers but for some people I can not.

Looking for a wholesaler or broker in pinellas county, Florida, who tend to come across off market properties. I am a fix and flipper. Feel free to send me a message.
