Quote from @Tyler Gibson:
Quote from @Brandon Cochran:

I'm closing on a property that I'm going to refinance into a buy and hold after some repairs in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area. Not too far from Orlando.

I'm looking for any recommendations for a property manager who serves that area.

Thank you in advance!

 I know a great property manager that covers the area. I'll shoot you a DM so that I can get you connected with them.

 @Tyler Gibson I'm also looking for a PM in the Orlando area (Windermere) and would love your referral!

Hey BB Community!

I'm looking for a property management company in Orlando who services single family home, long term rentals in Windermere.

I have a 3/2 townhome that's coming to the end of its lease and I would like to find a property manager to take over from this point forward:

* Coordinating move out

* Maintenance

* Cleanings

* Contractor work that needs to be finished up before listing

* List Property

* Showings

* Run applications and background check process

* Leasing

* Coordinating move-in with tenants

* Utilities transfers

* Ongoing maintenance and emergency management

* Rent collection

The home is in a desirable neighborhood (it's Windermere, so).

Problems to this point have mainly been finding a property manager who's self sufficient in managing the tenants and contractors for break-fix scenarios.

Would love to hear your recommendations and referrals.

Thank you!

Hey Team,

Does anyone have recommendations for Florida-based real estate lawyers with experience in creative finance deals? Looking to build a working relationship with a lawyer for some upcoming deals, most of which will fall in the creative finance category (subto). Looking for a set of legal eyes on contracts, risk review, asset protection, and seller finance deals.

Thanks for any info you can provide!

Hey Bigger Pockets Community!

I'm curious to get everyone's input on the ever changing debate about the best banking and CC for small business. There are a ton of factors that play into both, especially with CC rewards 0% financing.

Personally I've always been a fan of Amex for business CCs and Chase for banking but there are a lot of fin-tech start-ups and online banks these days with pretty compelling options.

Would love to hear everyone's recommendations!

Zelle and Venmo have always worked well for a small portfolio, starting to look at some tools like Stessa to collect rent as we scale.

Hi Kelly,

I am also an out of state investor with doors in the Disney / I4 corridor. I have a small team that I partner with who manages my properties and they've been nothing short of fantastic. Happy to connect you with them, feel free to reach out to me.

Best of luck!!

Brett
