@Matthew Drouin Thanks for letting me in! It was an amazing event that exposed me to amazing people. I was also bummed we couldn’t chat more but I’ll definitely be attending future events and hopefully the coffee club were we can chat more!

Hello everyone,

I was just able to get someone to take my shift and when I went to buy a ticket it was sold out. I am wondering if anyone will be willing to sell there ticket or if there is any standing room that is available to be used? I would love to go and hate to miss out on a great learning event.

@Matt Honeyford Thanks for the input Matt! I always thought about working alongside an investor but property management would give me a unique perspective into the day to day management of multi-family properties.

@Matthew Baltzell That’s an amazing suggestion! I should have thought of that. I will definetly act on that! Discovering what syndicators have problems with and being able to provide them with that help will be mutually beneficial.

Totally agree with @Alina Trigub, possibly go to local meet-ups and conferences. Lots of networking and learning opportunities in these environments. Other investors will not invest time in you if you can't provide them sufficient value, listen for what they hate to do or dislike. These activities can be the best value you can give investors. Most people who ask for help aren't sincere so anything you can do to make investors gain trust in you is key. Hope this helps!!!

I can't agree more with what you have said, I've learned that wealth is built with patience, trust, commitment, and networking. I greatly appreciate your response, the BiggerPocket community is amazing and I can't wait to continue my learning.
