I'm excited to officially introduce myself here. My name is Brett Anderson, and I’m the founder of We Buy Notes Lansing — a Michigan-based business that specializes in buying and selling private mortgage notes, trust deeds, and promissory notes.

For anyone unfamiliar with note buying:
When someone sells a property with seller financing, the seller usually carries a mortgage note — a promise from the buyer to make payments over time. Instead of holding onto that long-term payment stream, some note holders decide they’d prefer a lump sum of cash today. That’s where businesses like mine step in. We buy those notes, providing liquidity for the seller and new investment opportunities for others.
