We are just about to close on this 25,000sf lot in Corona Del Mar. It is the only lot left in that bay.

The property is already subdivided and comes with previously approved plans for two 10,000sf homes designed by renowned architect Brion Jeannette and boasts a white sandy beach and the largest private dock on the west coast that will accommodate two 100’ yachts right in the back yard.

We have a future value appraisal that was done in October 2014 that says each home will sell for $22,000,000.

We are filling up quickly. Looking for accredited investors. If interested, I can send the offering package.

We are building two 10,000 sq. ft. homes. This property has the longest dock on the western front. We are looking to clear about $14mil in profit for us and our investors to split. Each investor will double their return. Great stuff.
