Thanks @Aaron Gordy and @Matt Stricklen for chiming in. I definitely feel overwhelmed trying to find the right help with this, so it sounds like I'm in good company. :)

My CPA has some great ideas, but he said he cannot advise us on how to form our LLCs to provide maximum tax advantages. I don't know if its a conflict of interest or just he cannot provide that service legally.

Hey all! Looking for a tax strategist, CPA and accountant to help us minimize taxes with our real estate & our other side hustles. These can all be the same person/company or separate ones. I think the tax strategy part is the biggest key at the moment for us. We do have a capable CPA, but willing to change if it helps streamline things.

We'd like creative ideas & LLC formation ideas. Right now we own a triplex in Austin and have multiple sources of income from 1099 and W2 work. We are getting HAMMERED by taxes and need info on how to create an LLC/Corporation (or multiple ones) that will benefit us. We have some ideas but really need a PRO to help us out in what direction to take to maximize our gains.

I've looked at Tom Wheelright/Wealthability and that seems like it is the right direction, and really would like to connect with someone like that. Or if anyone has experience with Tom/Wealthability would LOVE to hear your experience with them.

We just REALLY need so help and direction right now.

We live in Austin, Texas, but can work with anyone that is knowledgeable and we will be moving to Nevada within the next year as well.
