My property has a broken sewer pipe. Wondering if there is anyone in the st louis city area that has had theirs replaced recently. Around how much did it cost? Do you have someone or a business you could recommend? Looking to get this rectified ASAP. I appreciate any insight.

Quote from @Brian Miller:

A local credit unit would be your best bet. Some offer construction costs to be paid with interest only payments for a period of time, which you can then convert into a long term loan if you build up forced appreciation. They lend on those with the agreement that you'd use them for the long term buy and hold.

 Thanks Brian!

I have a duplex that needs washer and dryer hookups completed. The hot and cold water lines are in place may just need to be extended, but will need the rest of the hook up to be completed-- connection to the electrical panel, vent, drain etc.

Connect with me on here to discuss the details.

Thanks for the feedback!

The hot and cold water supply is already there, just may need to be extended down. They are also pretty close to the electrical panel that has empty slots. Not sure about the drain. This is all in the basement, which has two small boarded windows right where the hookups would be. May be able to put vents there?
