Post: Best site for printing/mailing direct mail postcards

Hi all,

I have recently generated a list of ~600 properties to send direct mail to. I had a postcard design done on designcrowd and would like to get my first batch out.

I have a custom design that I am happy with and would like to see who you use for printing postcards. Also, do you have yours shipped directly from printer or to you then you put in your mail locally?

Thanks!

Brennan

Post: Increasing W2 deductions to prevent getting a refund.

First off, I’m not trying to do anything illegal I’m just asking if this is a plausible scenario.

Also, I believe my title should read dependents instead of deductions. Sorry.

I have a W2 job and one rental property.

Generally I believe my property will be showing very little profit and likely a loss as far as taxes.

If my W2 job is withholding taxes based on my income and my rental property is actually generating a loss then my W2 job would theoretically be over taxed.

Have any of you increased your W2 dependents in order to prevent getting a refund at the end of the year?

Thanks
