@Adam Craig It’s hard to tell from the photo but it looks like the brick and any cement walkway could use a pressure washing to freshen it up. Possibly repaint just the trim as well if it’s chipped at all.

How about a ductless heat pump? They're mounted near the ceiling so won't interfere with furniture placement. They're safe and very efficient. Check with your local utility company. There are often rebate incentives that make them affordable.
