Nice! I had no idea that they Gerber on a podcast. Almost finished with the E-Myth, so I will definitely be listening to that. Such a great book!

Almost done with the E-Myth and I have to say it has been a very eye opening book on how to run a business. The biggest thing I took away so far is to treat your business as a mature business from the beginning. It sounds like it is a huge time saver because you will probably have to get your systems in place eventually to scale up your business. Better to get your systems in place when are just starting and have less responsibility, than to have to get your systems in place when you are in the adolescent phase, with many more responsibilities.

@Cheryl Crockett I'm not sure if this is feasible or not, but if you could try having a meeting with those tenants that are affected by this. Have them talk it out together and try to come up with a reasonable solution that takes into account all parties needs. If it becomes big enough of a problem and no resolution is found, then banning all smoking may be what is needed. That may cause more headaches in the end trying to enforce that rule though.

@Ray Agosto I tried logging out and logging back in and it worked fine for me. You may try restarting your laptop and trying again. I'm sure you already have, but be sure to make sure your username and password is correct. Make sure it is typed in the correct case, as I noticed on android yesterday that the BP app was case sensitive while logging in. Also, deleting your browser cache might help. Attached is a link on how to do that in Chrome, not sure what browser you have though.
