Post: Tacoma Lincoln District?

Hi all!  I'm looking at my first investment property in Tacomas Lincoln district. A lot of properties in the area are zoned as RCC, mixed residential and commercial.  There also seems to be government investment in revitalization of the neighborhood.

Is there anybody with experience in this neighborhood, and if so, how do you see it positioned within Tacoma? Any feedback on the RCX zoning in terms of do you see it more as an opportunity or a risk?

Appreciate the help and look forward to leaning!

Post: Market data sources for RE investments

Hi All!  Excited to be making my first blog post here on BP!

I'm an aspiring investor in the Washington state market and am looking for macro data on counties and/or cities in my state (property values, RE sales data, vacancy rates, migration, etc).  I've seen articles online with this data, but sources are not cited.  Does anybody know if this type of data is open source, and if so, where can I find it?

Thanks!

Brendon
