Good day BP forum! I have had tenants for the past three years and they are amazing. A definite step up from the family of horrors that came before (had to clean up poop smears and replace screens that were burned through with cigarettes...that were expressly forbidden in the lease).

These folks pay early, and notify me of when there is an issue, IMMEDIATELY. My question is simple, how would I go about reporting their excellent history? Also, could I backdate their history for the last three years? And last, but definitely not least, do I have to notify my tenants that I am reporting their good payment history?

Thanks all, and keep being awesome!!

@Jane S. I'd move on. We had the same issue come up with one of the worst tenant experiences of my fledgling real estate career. I used a service on www.cozy.co. completely free to use and easy to have money transferred into your account. They also have tenant credit and background check.

The tenants we have now are amazing and I thank it all to cozy.
