Quote from @Griffin Malcolm:

Thanks all,

Clear now that he is a scammer. To the other end of the question then... how do you all find legitimate Pay Per Lead companies? Is the ROI worth it?

I would suggest setting up a VA, building your own list and having them call and vet for motivated sellers for you. This would probably cost a little more in the beginning but the ROI is much better in my opinion.

OR network with other investors who have connections to wholesalers in whatever market you are looking into and buy the properties from them.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment in Opelika.

Purchase price: $78,000
Sale price: $103,000

Opelika, AL Wholesale deal that I completed virtually for a $25,000 profit with $0 money out of pocket.

Thinking about using the PIN app offered by connected investors. the info looks promising but I was entirely sure.

Has anyone else used it?

What was your success if any?

Looking to connect and network with other investors in the Huntsville market. My wife and I are from Auburn, AL. We're looking to move and start wholesaling/ investing in Huntsville. I have done a number of deals here in the Auburn/ Opelika area. In the short 6 months that I have been wholesaling, by the grace of God, I have been able to close almost 500K in Transactions and Profiting 50K in fees. I'm confident In my ability to locate deals and most importantly closing them. Let's Connect!
