Hi All,  

I was wondering if anybody had some reliable resources to get an idea of potential rental rates for Canada?  I know Craigslist and Kijiji are 2 sources.  Are there any more professional websites that can provide these details?

No I don’t currently work with anybody or have any connections to Edmonton. I’m in the early stages of exploring the market there.

For investment purposes, I’m looking at anything that makes sense, number wise. I know that’s very vague but I’m just cautious at the moment.

Any insight you can give me that would be greatly appreciated! Since you’re local, if we can meet for a coffee and I pick your brain a little that would be awesome! If not, no worries. 😀

I am new to BP. I am based in Vancouver, BC and am looking to start my REI journey.

Due to valuations in Van,BC are a bit out of whack, I am looking to start my investment journey outside of B.C., in particular Edmonton.

I am wondering if there are any fellow members that are doing the same thing I am and are willing to share their experiences with me.
