I'm in Buffalo also, this sounds like a great idea. We just started also and wanted to start networking. We build websites and as a second stream of income we are looking at wholesaling.  

Do you any of you know if Buffalo has a meetup group for investors that meets monthly or weekly?

We just started our investing career and currently build websites for small business owners. Wholesaling is where we will be starting and gathering great leads is very exciting since we are online all the time with our current business. I look forward to connecting with locals who are interested in buying or selling mobile homes. We spend a lot of time in Lockport and Cheektowaga in general.
