I'm moving to Austin, TX come May 1st and am seeking to close on my first deal within 180 days. I would love to network with some local folks and talk shop and get to know the area.

I'm a real estate newbie and could use all the help and resources possible.

I just moved up to the Milwaukee area and am looking to find a multi-family unit for an FHA owner occupancy deal. Specifically, a unit south of 190 and east of 43.

Looking to network with down-to-earth realtors and people in the industry in general.
