I've been in the same situation in Columbus, OH. Please share if someone has a stable, honest, property manager. I've been with companies twice that were bought out by national property management companies that don't actually seem to be present.

I’m sorry that I don’t have a specific recommendation for this type of contract but I believe that all title companies will have access to an attorney who by definition works in real estate. My suggestion would be to just call a few title companies to ask if they also have experience preparing seller financing contracts.

Check with Rachel Ford with Associated Insurance Agencies. She is great to work with! I can’t post her contact info here but you can pm me for it.

Hello BP,

I am in the process of rehabbing a home in Columbus, OH and would like to find a decent supplier for replacement formica sheets for a good price. I have looked at some of the big box stores and there seems to be an issue with quality control (bowing, scratches, chips). Does anyone have a suggestion for a supplier? I will not need any help with installation, I am just looking for a supplier. Thanks in advance!

@Robert Ellis Thanks for reaching out. It looks like HUD Homestore took the one I was looking at off so I'm assuming it is already in contract. I will reach out if I see one in the future that I want to pursue. I really appreciate your help, I see you all over these forums and your posts are always concise and insightful.

@Robert Ellis Thanks for the leads! I have heard Key Realty come up several times with investors but haven't had much interaction with BH&G. I will look into both of them.

@Grant Patmon Thanks for the insight Grant. What you describe is exactly what I am looking for!

Hello,

I am looking for an investor-friendly broker to hang my license with in Columbus, Ohio. I have completed Ohio's required coursework and intend to test within the next couple of months. I am looking for a broker who does not mind me mostly using the license for investments, and being registered with HUD would be a plus. I do not intend to replace my full time job with the license, I am mostly looking to use the MLS and submit discounted offers without having to waste an agent's time. Let me know if anyone has worked with a broker like this.

Thanks!

Brendan

I am interested in submitting a bid on a hudhomestore property in Columbus, OH. Since HUD requires that the bid be submitted by a registered broker, I was wondering if anyone has worked with one they would recommend. Thanks!
