Hey Lyndsey,

Jeff Murray at Canada home’s for rent does this. They manage all my multis and I am very happy with their service. I haven’t used them for short term but I don’t see their service disappointing.

Sure, my business partner and I started out in Ontario doing single family home flips as well as short term rentals (Airbnb). We knew multi family was a much better way to scale but they didn’t make much sense in Ontario. We were exploring a lot in the states but landed in Saint John. Bought our first 12 unit in august of 2019. Then another 6 unit in November. We then realized we wanted to move here and scale faster. My partner quit his full time job as a lineman in December. We moved to Saint John at the end of February 2020 and I was flying back and forth to Toronto twice a week still working my full time job remotely where I was making 500-1mill a year. I then fully quit my job 3 months ago.

That’s the Cole’s notes, I could go into some more detail.

Much of our success was derived from the BRRR strategy, we have gotten lucky and bought some property's that were just miss managed.

Hey Michael, I currently am living in Saint John. Moved here back in February of this year pursuing multi family deals. My business partner and I have accumulated 120+ doors in just under a year.

I use CHFR (Canada homes for rent) for my property management. Jeff Murray is the owner and he is fantastic. I am also a licensed realtor in the area if you need any assistance
