@Ryan Dossey I understand that now, thank you so much and I've definitely learned my lesson with all this. The home owner said he'll post it to the MLS so he's happy and so am I. I made the mistake I own up to that. Just have to step back learn more and when I'm ready try again. I will for sure be doing the asking a buyer how much they would pay for it first. That is very smart. Thank you for your comment.

@Riyad Qattum I typically do everything virtually so I haven’t really spent money yet. But regardless I’m pausing for now to study more then get back when I’m ready
