J Scott, author of The Book on Flipping Houses, suggests that you seek out advice from other local investors about what are the good zip codes or neighborhoods for rehabbing and house flipping. Since I'm new to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and currently studying to get my real estate license, does anyone have any good recommendations?
