This is brenda thank you for the advice. Sorry ive been covered up. I made mt first offer on house a spontanous move on my part but i went with it. The house is under a realtor and needed a back up. Im the back up.

The house is listed 55000 fsbo with terms. My offer. 470000+295 inspection cost. Lease option with purchase to buy. Close date in ten days. I hope i did that right.
