Oh yes also, unwanted guest staying in your vacant property is a issue up there.

Good morning, find a suitable property that was worth the time and money. The neighborhoods that a lot of these properties are in are concerned high risk neighborhoods( Red Light District). I searched long and hard and I went at my own pace. With that being said I found a few properties that was worth my time and I did very well with them. Would I do it again yes. But I would advise you to take your time while searching.

Thanks Ned,that's what I considering. A surplus purchase. I think after it's all said and done. The end result will be worth it.
