Hi Paul!

I too recommend Show Appeal Realty, I signed up with them because I'm also a Fix & Flip investor. There're no monthly fees and many of the agents are RE investors.  I just left them to go to Sunbelt Realty and Business Advisors only because I'm adding business owners who want to sell & buy businesses to my target clientele which also includes RE investors.  Show Appeal Realty cannot accommodate commercial transactions.

I started out as a wholesaler and rehabber then got my license.  i personally feel have a license has been a hinderance to my investing.  I think about letting it go but I'm giving myself until the end of the year to make that decision.

You don't need a license to invest. Find a good investor-friendly agent (me) and start out by investing first... but keep your day job!!! ;))
