Post: RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SOMEONE WHO SETS UP LLCS

Just got a new property under contract and am needing to quickly set up the LLC that will be purchasing it. It is a Florida property.

The last person I worked with charged an arm and a leg and while they were very efficient I am hoping to find someone who charges less. If anyone has a referral or recommendation it would be greatly appreciated. Hoping to start the process today (:

Thank you so much for this response. Been talking to a couple different insurance agents and it sounds like for a condo that has flood insurance already it’ll be around 5k. Crazy expensive still - but not as much as 10k+

Nothing confirmed yet thought.

I am one number away from putting an offer on my third investment property. Everything looks good with number for this property, but I have been playing phone tag with insurance agents all day. I am not from Florida and am unfamiliar with the home insurance prices there. I know they are much higher than where I currently live in Texas. Was wondering if anyone has an idea on what a 590k waterfront property on the Emerald coast would insure for. Floor insurance not needed.

If this adds in to the equation will be making an offer - wish me luck!

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone had a property management they liked in Blue ridge, Georgia.
